Deforestation causes extinction. But why would we care? Why is it important that we don't kill our forests so that we don't kill the animals who live in it?

This picture expresses so much and it made me think how bad the situation already is. We always think deforestation is an issue that might influence our next generation, but truth is every second 1.5 acres of rainforest are destroyed. Deforestation is here and now, the only difference is that in 20 years we won't be able to as much to stop it, because it will be too late.

This is a beautiful video about the deforestation in Zambia, showing that many people in poor countries need to cut down trees to survive because there is no other way to get money. However this video shows the wonderful idea of a man giving back what he took from nature. He's a true inspiration to me, he showed me that it is not too late to still safe our nature.

This info graphic picture shows that in all continents forests and grassland are being converted into farmland because of the rise of consumption all around the world. Deforestation is caused by many things and one of them is mass consumption.
